Clarity: Psychospiritual Mentoring Session

Clarity was created for those who need a little dose of reflection, insight, guidance, or healing from time to time. It can also be great for individuals who are wanting to invest in a long-term mentoring program but are unsure where to start and need a little test run beforehand. Clarity Sessions with Kimberly are a 1:1 space where you can talk about what’s coming up for you and where you feel you’re needing support. They can help you expand your awareness, gain insight into your God-given design, integrate new belief systems, and break free of limitations.

Sacred Breath Session

In this session, you will be guided through roughly 30 minutes of Spirit-prescribed breathwork, specifically intuited for your healing, growth and en-lightened-ment. Breathwork is a brilliant way to subdue our “monkey” mind, activating the subconscious, and bringing darkness to light. Suppressed memories, negative thought patterns, and unfelt emotions that are ready for purging will rise to the surface for release and cellular transformation.

Shamanic Healing

In this session, we will work to address the spiritual roots of any disease, discomfort, and distress you may be experiencing. The purpose of our journey is to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Typically, a journey includes: a diagnostic journey, where I will enter into an SSC (Shamanic state of consciousness) to receive insight, guidance, and healing instructions from my helping spirits; perform energy work and any additional healing that needs to be done; concluding with a discussion addressing anything that needs to be done to continue the healing process. Sometimes this can be as simple as using an element of nature to aid in your mindfulness and other times, it may be incorporating other healing modalities, such as holotropic breathing, homeopathy, or soul retrieval.
