Have you been wanting to begin a solid meditation practice but just don’t know where to start? If so, this is the perfect opportunity! Join Kimberly Dam in a devotional meditation practice every Wednesday at 4 p.m. Each week, practitioners will be slowly guided into approximately 30-minutes of meditation, accompanied by a mantra and mudra, selected specifically for the collective energy.
