If your arrival is delayed, please contact Healing Leaves or your healing practitioner to give them notice as soon as possible. If there are no sessions directly following you, and your practitioner has availability without affecting other clients, the appointment can be maintained full-length at the later time. If the option to push back the start time is unavailable, the service will be shorter to accommodate for cleaning and preparation of the next service.
If your scheduled appointment time is no longer viable, please let Healing Leaves or your healing practitioner know at least 24 hours in advance. At this time, services can be rescheduled with no charge. Reschedules after this time due to illness or emergency will be handled on an individual basis.
All appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After this time, cancellations and no call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-show appointments. If a cancellation is necessary due to illness or emergency after the 24 hours, please let us know as soon as possible so arrangements for rescheduling can be made on an individual basis.
